December 14, 2010 - My SMC f/1.4 adaptor came
Decided to put up a few photos of people and things taken with my newish craigslist special lens. SMC f1.4 50mm. I am pretty happy with the results considering a fast lens like that for digital now a days is a pretty penny.

Today was pretty good. Had another craigslist contact shoot which is always fun! Thanks you guys, it was a blast! Also had an interesting macro shot of a fly on a window which actually turned out much better then I had hoped.

December 4, 2010 - Festive dog and broke joy
Fun day today... nice clear blue skies and somewhat warm, for december. The broken mug was saved by my wife a while ago because she though i would find it interesting. I did. The second photo is of a dog that I met that is a therapy dog. It is trained in many things, one being caring a bag and wearing antlers.

December 3, 2010 - Evening concert
Had fun at evening concert. didn't have enough lighting or effort to wonder around and get some shots of the singers so instead i grabbed a few shots at f/1.4 of some graffiti on the street on my way home past hastings/nanaimo. Pretty good considering one is done at 1/5 of a second. Since I shoot them in RAW it was very easy to do some white balance correction.
